Schoolmates,
Greetings!
The Divine Word College of Urdaneta Alumni Association (DWCUAA)
rekindles in us our loyalty to our beloved Alma
Mater that had shaped our minds and character.
In addition, getting together often also
builds in us more sense of belonging, strengthen our
bond and our desire to be together frequently. Time
has certainly flown by and it seems as if it was
only a few months ago when we attended the 3rd
DWCUAA Grand Reunion in San Jose, California. Even
though we graduated at different time periods, we
share mutual experiences at our Alma Mater that have
allowed us to develop a special bond between us.
Once again, we have the opportunity to celebrate
this unique experience this summer as we celebrate
our 4th Grand Reunion in the wonderful
city of Las Vegas.
Please
consider this letter as an invitation to attend the 4th
DWCUAA Grand Reunion hosted by Class1979 on
August 14, 2010 to be held at the Tropicana Hotel.
The next day, the 15th of August will be
the Family Picnic Day. The officers of the Alumni
Association and Class 1979 have joined efforts to
have this event happen. The venue will be at the
newly renovated Tropicana Hotel with a superb
location along the Las Vegas “STRIP”. We
encourage everyone to wear Filipiñana
or Barong Tagalog. We assure you that we will
have fun-filled activities planned for the whole
weekend.
August is just around the
corner and time is not on our side. So I would like
you to give this invitation your prompt attention so
that we can plan accordingly. An acknowledgement is

In addition, Tropicana Hotel is only offering its
$59 per room promo to the first 30 reservations from
our party (Friday &/or Saturday rate). So please
notify us as soon as possible if you are planning to
stay in the hotel. More details will be sent out to
the Alumni regarding this matter.
Through your support and
cooperation, I encourage you to help us make this
event happen. For those who have never attended any
of the DWCUAA Reunions, there is just so much
catching up to do and this would really be the best
time. I look forward to hearing from you soon and
hopefully seeing you on this much awaited event.
