First Organizational Meeting

A few items discussed:

Based on the items that were discussed on the 8th of July, 2007 regarding the 4th DWCUAA Grand Reunion, the following additional items were discussed.  They are modifications, additions or deletions:


    a)  Date:  Change from 4th of July, 2010 to sometime in August, 2010.


    b)  Venue:  Las Vegas , Nevada which seems to be a “unanimous venue” for the next Grand Reunion among the alumni and Long Beach , California were added as other possible venues aside from Anaheim , California .  The next venue will be decided based on the input/recommendation of every class through their representative.  In the absence of an “overall” class’ input, Class 79 will make the final decision being the “organizing class”.


c)        Attire:  Filipiniana or Coat and Tie


d)        Membership:  Those who attended the last Grand Reunion and would like to be lifetime members could do so by paying $90 more dollars in addition to the annual membership of $10 that they already paid during the registration,  making their total payment of $100.  So far, we have a total of 16 lifetime members.


e)        Music:  Live band.


f)  Donation for the Grand Reunion Jam Session:  Everyone is encouraged to make monetary donation for the Grand Reunion Jam Session.


g)  To help facilitate this project, class representatives have been assigned.  Please contact your representative for details.  Refer to next page.
